District Court, Teton County, Wyo., 696 P.2d 54 (1985) (petition for writ of certiorari mailed June 11, 1985) [Hopkinson IV]. The facts of appellants guilt and culpability for four murders and the aggravating circumstances justifying the death sentence for the murder of Jeff Green, along with supporting references to the record, can be found in considerable detail in those cases.
