WALKER, Presiding Judge. OPINION The principal question on this appeal is whether the trial Judge erred by refusing to grant a severance of offenses in this case. We hold that he did not err. Appellant, Joseph Thomas Peacock, III, was charged in a 12-count indictment with five counts of armed robbery, three counts of aggravated rape, two counts of aggravated sexual battery, one count of carrying a pistol with the intent of going armed, and one count of concealing stolen property, the same pistol.
