1 This is an appeal from a conviction for the crime of larceny of a domestic animal. This defendant and two other men were charged with larceny of a calf. The other two defendants plead guilty to the charge and were sentenced to the state penitentiary, whereas this defendant entered a plea of not guilty and stood trial. The jury found him guilty and sentenced him to serve three years in the state penitentiary.
